Access to and use of the gt1008 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:
Each individual Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the gt1008 platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, gt1008 reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified account, void any bonuses received across duplicate accounts, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you notify gt1008 promptly upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
gt1008 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Before processing any withdrawal request, or at any point where gt1008 reasonably requires identity verification, Members will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC documents must be submitted in digital format via the account dashboard or by contacting support. gt1008 will process submitted documents within two (2) business days in most cases. Accounts with outstanding KYC requirements may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. gt1008 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Member. Members will receive advance written notice before any dormancy fee is applied.
gt1008 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum deposit amount at gt1008 is Rp 25.000. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard members; however, very large single deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to the Member's account in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. gt1008 does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees levied by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Withdrawals are processed during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the opening of the next operational period. gt1008 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Members must ensure that the destination bank account or e-wallet is registered in their own name and matches the name on their gt1008 account.
All funds deposited into a gt1008 account must originate from a payment method legally owned and controlled by the Member. Deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts held in a name other than the Member's, or any source associated with illegal activity are strictly prohibited. gt1008 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.

gt1008 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gt1008 reasonably believes that the Member has:
Upon account closure for a breach, gt1008 reserves the right to void any outstanding bonus balances and withhold winnings derived from prohibited conduct pending investigation.
Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting gt1008 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited, and the remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
